  • What currency are the prices in your web store?

All prices are in US Dollar (USD) before tax. 

  • What paper do you use for art prints?

I currently offer fine art prints on Matte and Metallic Photographic Paper in my Web Store. Both are archival types of paper, which means they are premium print quality and rated to last up to 100+ years under normal home display conditions.

ARCHIVAL MATTE PAPER
Archival matte paper is a smooth, clean-white paper for high-quality photographic prints with accurate color and realistic saturation. The paper supports high-contrast, high-resolution output. Its non-glossy finish reduces reflections when displayed under glass. Matte prints are fingerprint- and smudge-resistant.

ARCHIVAL METALLIC PAPER
Archival metallic paper features a unique pearlescent surface and has a rich, metallic look that catches the eye. It has a three-dimensional appearance delivering vibrant colors and depth. High mid-tones and highlights add luminosity and iridescence.

  • How do I get my art print shipped?

Since I’m processing all orders from my art store myself as the artist, please note that order handling may take between 1 to 3 weekdays. Shipping may take between 2 and 7 weekdays, depending on the country you live in.

I am currently working with a number of professional printing labs in different countries, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Once you have ordered one of my art prints, I’ll be contacting a printing lab in your region that will ship the finished art print directly to you. That way, I am able to keep shipping costs low and delivery times short. Plus, it eliminates the risk of your art print getting stuck in the customs.

  • How do I receive a virtual file (HR Image, PSD File, e-book, etc.)?

Downloadable items are available immediately upon checkout. After checking out, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard where you can download the purchased file at the click of a button. Downloads are available for a period of 30 days after checkout, unless specified otherwise in the description.

  • Can I download a virtual file multiple times?

Yes, you can. Once you’ve purchased a virtual item (HR Image, PSD File, eBook, etc.), you can download it for an unlimited number of times within a period of 30 days upon purchase.

Some virtual files might be sold with lifetime access, meaning you’ll be able to access and download existing and updated versions of the file as long as it is available in the store. For more information on lifetime access, please refer to the Terms of Service.

During the checkout process, you’ll need to create an account on this website. You can log back into that account using your username or email address and password, and download the item again from your dashboard. You find the link to logging in to your account at the bottom of this website under QUICK LINKS.

  • Under what kind of license do you sell your virtual files?

There are three different licenses that I offer for the virtual files available in my Web Store. Most of my offerings are sold under a License for Personal Use. Some HR images are sold under a Royalty Free License. All Photoshop resources come with an Extended Royalty Free License. Please read the product description to find out under which license the respective file is sold.

You may only purchase virtual files in my Web Store if you consent to the license terms.

  • Can I return an item once I've purchased it?

Once you have purchased a virtual item, there is no possibility to return that virtual item or claim a refund. Virtual items include all downloadable products, i.e. HR images, printable quotes, eBooks, and Photoshop resources, such as PSD files, stock images, action sets, etc. As I am not able to control what you do with the virtual item once you got access to it, I unfortunately cannot offer refunds on such items. If you are experiencing a technical issue with the downloaded item, please contact me within 3 days of your purchase and describe the issue. I will make sure to provide you with a new working file of the item you’ve purchased.

All prints available in my web store are custom made-to-order and drop-shipped to the buyer. Therefore, I am unable to accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please ask me any questions prior to placing your order. In case your art print should arrive damaged or not arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of product delivery with a photo showing the issue. I will do my best to help solve the issue by providing you with a free reprint or refund.

  • How can I log in to my account?

You can only log in to this website if you have previously created an account during checkout. An account may only be created when you purchase something. If you haven’t purchased anything yet, there’s no possibility (and no need) to create an account. Accounts mainly serve the purpose of you being able to log back in and download a virtual item again during the 30-day period after purchasing it.

To log back in to your account, simply go to the LOGIN PAGE by clicking on ‘LOGIN’ under QUICK LINKS in the footer menu. In case you have forgotten your password, please click on ‘Lost your password?’ on the login page to reset your old password and receive a new one via email.
