The drop-shipping company will produce a unique product once it is ordered. This means returns, exchanges and refunds are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. If a product is not as described or you simply don’t like it, you cannot return it, exchange it, or claim a refund.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you can contact us within 7 days of product delivery and ask for a free reprint or a refund. Please get in touch with GinAngieLa using the contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that neither GinAngieLa nor a third-party company may be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or does not like the print. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
Prints will be shipped to the address the customers enters on the order. It is important to enter the correct and full shipping address, including apt numbers, unit numbers, suite numbers, etc. If the package is sent back or is undeliverable due to the wrong address submitted on the order, additional shipping charges will apply to reship the item. If the customer does not accept the package or does not pick up the package and the item is returned, there will be no refunds. Additional shipping charges will occur to reship the package. If a package is tracked as delivered and you did not get the package, you will need to handle this with the shipping company. GinAngieLa will not provide refunds or exchanges for packages that are tracked as delivered.

Please note that GinAngieLa defines a technical error as an unforeseen problem with a digital product that occurs when it is being used in the intended manner, which prevents you from using it in that intended manner. For example, if you have purchased a Photoshop resource, a technical issue might generate unexpected errors or otherwise prevent you from using it as intended in Photoshop. A technical issue would NOT include: insufficient expertise with required software for the digital asset; not having the required software to use the product; or dissatisfaction when the digital asset does not perform outside of reasonable or normal capabilities (as described in the product listing).
GinAngieLa will not provide you with new working file of the virtual download you have purchased (1) if you are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or you are having similar issues related to your internet service; (2) if you claim that the item is experiencing a technical issue, but you are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue; (3) if your product purchase was made over 3 days ago.
